We are looking for a successful Retail Manager from a service led environment with strong skill set in operations. The customer shopping experience is paramount here and the right candidate will be the perfect host, commercially minded and ambitious to continue this stores success. story. We are open to background but require experience of managing 2 million turnovers min and teams size exceeding 15 employee's at Store Manager level.

You will demonstrate a passion for the brand with an uncompromising commitment to exceptional service. In return, you'll enjoy the rewards, opportunities and development you only get when you work with a global retail business.

You will need at Store Manager level;

• A successful track record as a Store Manager, or Cluster Manager or Assistant Manager level.
• Have managed a min of 2-3 million sales Turnover and staffing of 15-30.
• Inspire your team, manage their performance; including continuous training.
• Experience with Premium Brands, High Street Fashion, Jewellery or a luxury.
• Monitor adherence of store targets, KPIs and standards
• You will have excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a large product turnover environment.
• Driving sales - possessing a commercial acumen to maintain exceptional sales and coach your team to strive for excellence
• Market knowledge, competitor awareness and an understanding of the industry.
• Visual merchandising
