About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational performance of multiple stores across your designated area, ensuring consistency and high standards in all locations.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of store managers, promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture across the region.
- Drive operational efficiencies in key areas such as stock management, customer service, and inventory control.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure that operational strategies align with the company's business objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements, using data and insights to optimise store performance and achieve key business goals.
- Ensure that all stores maintain a customer-centric approach, delivering an outstanding experience at every touchpoint.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations across all locations in your area.
