Zachary Daniels are currently working with a market leading fashion brand who are dedicated to providing high-quality products. As they continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee operations and ensure efficiency within the warehouse operation.

Job Overview:
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Management:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory control processes, including stock levels, order fulfillment, and discrepancy resolution.
• Develop and implement best practices for warehouse layout and organization to maximize productivity.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and vendors to optimize transportation and delivery processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager with experience within an e-comm, wholesale and bricks and mortar operation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management
