We are seeking a highly efficient Studio Manager to join this growing creative team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind the seamless operation of our photography studio, coordinating shoots, managing resources, and leading a talented in-house team to deliver top-notch visual assets.
The Role
As the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our studio operations, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll lead the in-house creative team, including photographers, stylists, and assistants, and will work closely with the Creative Director to manage project timelines, workflows, and budgets. This role also involves maintaining the studio space, sourcing equipment, and building relationships with suppliers and freelance talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Studio Operations: Manage daily studio operations, from booking and scheduling shoots to maintaining equipment and supplies. Ensure the studio is always organised, clean, and ready for use.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the in-house creative team, fostering collaboration and communication. Manage resources and allocate tasks to meet deadlines.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, track budgets, and coordinate with external suppliers and freelance talent as needed.
- Quality Control: Ensure all creative outputs align with the brand's style and visual standards. Continuously review processes to improve efficiency and quality.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in managing a photography studio or creative department.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing creative teams.
- Familiarity with studio equipment, lighting, and production processes.
- Experience using project management tools and software.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
