The brand is in an exciting period of change and is investing in store refits and building new teams. They are looking for leaders that can get excited about the product quality and the history surrounding it and to able to deliver an excellent customer experience in store through storytelling and engaging service.As Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Support the store manager to motivate the in-store team on a day-to-day basis to achieve the store's targets by identifying and maximising on opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs, whilst setting the example in exemplary customer service
- Having a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store, as well as ensuring back-of-house activities enable the store's successful commercial execution.
- With the support from the HR manager, you will nurture and develop your team to unlock their full potential and support their succession.
As Assistant Manager you'll have:
- Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store
- A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service
- Experience in using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and has the ability to take action to deliver when such opportunities are identified
- The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
- A positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for the brands product quality and core values
- Retail Management experience in the fashion /accessories/ footwear market
