An exciting time to join the brand during this incredible period of growth, we are working closely with the brand to recruit a Retail Manager to join one of their teams in Central London.
The Retail Manager role:- Strong focus on driving CRM within your teams
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and achieve KPI's
- Maximise sales opportunities
- Elevate in-store experience consistently delivering store excellence
- Stay up to date with market trends
The Retail Manager requirements:- Minimum 3 years' experience within the luxury retail industry within ready to wear, accessories or leather goods.
- Extensive experience driving CRM within your teams
- Strong organisational skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Resilient and hard working
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
In return our Retail Manager role is paying up to £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits
