Are you a creative and proactive Graphic Designer with a passion for the world of beauty? Are you inspired by trends in beauty and or retail and someone who is always on the look out for whats hot and whats not? Here we have a unique opportunity to join a highly successful scale up beauty business, where you can have fun playing with ideas and really apply your own creativity to the brands identity.In this newly created position of Graphic Designer, we are looking for someone to join the team and really own the creative assets for the brands, collaborating with both the CEO and Head of Marketing.
The position of Graphic Designer is a fun and creative role that day to day will see you take responsibility over the following:- Collaborate with CEO and Head of Marketing to craft innovative and cohesive design concepts that align with the brand's vision
- Create and produce high quality printed assets including; training manuals, advertisements, brochures, mailers and posters
- Develop a range of high spec digital assets including; banners, email templates and promotional graphics for websites
- Design engaging social media content that resonates with our audience and drives cross-platform engagement
- Ability to design visually appealing and functional packaging that enhances the brand's identity and resonates with the target audience
- Contribute to the design of user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for websites, ensuring a seamless brand experience across all digital touchpoints
- Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the brand's standards and guidelines
To be considered for the position of Graphic Designer, you will offer the following:- Prior design experience working in a design company or in-house experience with a focus on both print and digital for retail/beauty
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience working with Shopify and Klaviyo platform
- Excellent visual and conceptual skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour and layout principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
