Part Time Administrator - 30 hours per week | Manchester | Salary: £17'846.40 (11.44ph) + Benefits

This is a brand-new opportunity to join a new team in Manchester providing first class administration support!

Responsibilities for a Part Time Administrator (but not limited to)

• Proficient in working on a SAP based system, preferred but not essential
• Working within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Word and Excel proficiency
• Processing high-volumes of invoices and credits
• Liaising with suppliers dealing with enquiries
• Updating payment amounts and supplier details for cash flow processing
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to move between roles in order to fulfil critical business needs
• Liaising with internal and external departments
• Accurate data inputting

Hours of Work:

30 Hours per week - however the client is flexible on days


Part Time Administrator Requirements:

• Confident communication skills, including spoken and written are essential for this role
• High-level of organisational skills and time-management is vital
• The ability to fully utilise Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Ideally have SAP Knowledge
• Demonstrates initiative
