* Working with existing independent retailers and generate leads and convert them to our clients brand
* Make in-person visits and presentations to prospective retailers to win their business
* Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for prospective independent retailers
* Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
* Take an active part in regular meetings presenting activity, sales success and pipeline activity
* Continually identify advantages and compares organisation's products/services for customer presentations
* Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends
The candidate
The successful candidate will ideally have recent experience in a similar New Business Manager role for a convenience store retailer bringing a network or independent retailers.
The Package
Our client can offer a salary of up to £35,000 plus a £1,000 bonus(uncapped) for each new independent operator brought into the busines plus car and benefits
