Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Space Planning Manager to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the ownership and implementation of the space strategy across their own stores, concessions, and international locations. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing space productivity whilst ensuring standards are met through effective planograms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain strategic space plans that drive sales and enhance the customer experience across all retail channels.
- Create and manage detailed planograms to optimise product placement and visibility, ensuring alignment with overall merchandising goals.
- Take ownership of store layouts to maximise space efficiency and enhance product accessibility, while reflecting the brand's ethos and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of space strategies at all locations, including stores and concessions.
- Analyse space productivity metrics and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement actionable strategies.
- Maintain a strong ethical approach to space planning, ensuring compliance with company standards and fostering a culture of integrity.

Required Experience:

- Proven experience in space planning or a related field, within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of planograms and retail layout design.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- A commitment to ethical practices and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Proficiency in space planning software and tools.
