Our client are a successful eCommerce business, who recognise huge opportunity to further grow and invest in their direct channel alongside their retail partnerships and marketplaces.
In the position of PR Executive for our client based in South Yorkshire, you will play a key role in shaping the brand narrative, building strong relationships with media outlets and executing impactful PR campaigns. This is a hands-on role in a rapidly scaling business, perfect for someone with a passion for storytelling and a drive to make a tangible impact.
Day to day, key responsibilities in the position of PR Executive will include:
* Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
* Create compelling press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
* Monitor media coverage and manage press clippings.
* Work closely with the marketing team to ensure PR campaigns are aligned with broader business goals.
* Coordinate and manage media events, product launches, and other PR-related activities.
* Analyse PR performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
To be considered for the position of PR Executive, you will offer the following:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in PR, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industry.
* Strong understanding of digital media and online retail environments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to secure media coverage and manage media relationships.
* Creative thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
