AREA MANAGER - HOSPITALITY / RETAIL - NORTHERN IRELAND

£50,000 - £65,000 + company Car + package

We at Zachary Daniels is representing a Local and National Restaurant group in the search for a people ordinated Area Manager based in Northern Ireland Region. You will manage 8-10 locations and reporting directly into the Regional Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for career development as they seek individuals wanting not only to be an Area Manager but to be on a development plan for the next level Regional Manager.

You will be joining at a time when the business is going into growth within the market, where on 2 days will be the same.

This role requires leadership ability beyond that of a typical Area Operations Manager. As a high potential Area Manager you will on a development path towards that of a broader role. There are 3 key core values the business focus on; People, Customer and Business.

You will understand the people you manage, mentor, coach and identify the training needs required to maximise profitability.

You will be confident at completing and exercising regular Store Visits looking at; Health & Safety, customer satisfaction, productivity v's payroll costs, and operational and commercial reporting in store.

Analyse area and restaurant performance and develop strategies to drive people metrics.

Exercise and adhere to company policies and procedures, ability to address any issue in store through the understanding of Hr disciplines.

You will be currently working at as Area Manager, Cluster Manager or Regional Manager within a people and customer focussed business in any of the following sections;

• Food / Convenience
• Restaurant / Fast Food
• Department Store
• General Merchandise
• Luxury Food / Clothing
