Senior CRM Data & Planning Manager - Retail Brand - Gloucestershire area
Hybrid/ flexible working - 2 office days per week
Zachary Daniels are proud to be representing an established, inclusive and sustainable retail brand as they look for a new senior CRM and data professional to join their in-house team. You will join a lifestyle brand with a fantastic reputation and company culture. The retail brand has been on an upward trajectory for the last 3 years with an ever-growing presence in-store and online! They are now looking to bolster that performance and CRM Data as well as effective planning plays a key part in that!
Key responsibilities:
Reporting to Customer Director, the Senior CRM Manager will take full strategic, operational and analytical responsibility for growing our database and increasing our retention rate/CLTV.
As the Senior CRM Data & Planning Manager you will own the customer strategy (acquisition and retention), planning, delivery (campaign setup) and evaluation. This role will define and optimise our customer journeys in our Bloomreach CDP (customer data platform) and across all our customer touchpoints.
70% of the role will be analysing data and putting forward recommendations. Therefore, you will be proficient in customer data analysis (incl. SQL) and you will have a strong drive for test and learn.
You will work closely with the Brand Marketing team to ensure optimal brand execution.
Measures of success:
- Effective management of customer database and CRM activities
- Strong stakeholder management and reporting performance
- Retention and loyalty scheme growing
- Key management of third parties including (Bloomreach)
- Percentages across Retention/ Acquisition
- CAC, CLTV, ATV Growth rates

- Analytics experience - spreadsheets, SQL etc
- Experience as a CRM professional for a good number of years
- Knowledge ideally of Bloomreach (although not essential)
- Self-starter and self-driven
- Ideally you work in the B2C, retail or consumer good space
- Some experience with loyalty scheme would be an advantage
