- HR Advisor | Hybrid Working | Salary up to £30,000
We're working with our market leading retail client to recruit for a HR Advisor. The role will be mainly focused on ER activity and line manager capability. If you're currently an HR Advisor looking for that next challenge - this could be the role for you!
What you'll be doing as HR Advisor:
You'll cover all aspects of the people journey, concentrating on:
- Advising on ER cases, helping to increase line manager HR/ER capability,
- Helping line managers deal with the day to day HR queries
Relationship building - You'll proactively identify and build important relationships across the site and the wider business.
Supporting - You'll help managers increase their capability, delivering key people initiatives as part of the people agenda and drive engagement across the site.
Process Management - You'll ensure consistency and best practice processes are in place, bringing your own ideas and initiatives to the table to continuously improve and challenge our thinking.
Ideally you'll be someone who…
- Has experience in HR - ideally you'll either be CIPD qualified or working towards it
- Experience with all aspects of Employment tribunals
- You'll have a customer first mentality and be passionate about delivering excellent service
- You'll love working at pace in an agile environment where things can change at any moment
- You'll enjoy working collaboratively with a wide variety of people, winning as a team
