Amazon Marketplace Manager

Zachary Daniels Recruitment are partnered with a rapidly growing retailer based in London, who are looking to appoint an Amazon Marketplace Manager with FOB experience into the team.

Offering hybrid working which will see you spending two days a week in the London Head Office, we are looking for a proven Amazon Marketplace Manager to oversee and manage the Amazon sales channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, particularly with Amazon, and experience in managing FOB shipments. This role requires a hands on operator with a keen eye for detail, a passion for driving sales, and a deep understanding of Amazon's marketplace dynamics.

Key Responsibilities in the Position of Amazon Marketplace Manager incude:

• Marketplace Management: Oversee all aspects of the Amazon marketplace, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer service.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and turnover rates.
• FOB Coordination: Manage FOB shipments, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations, and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Sales Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Advertising & SEO: Develop and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) and optimize product listings for SEO to enhance visibility and sales.
• Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and market trends to senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with Amazon policies and guidelines as well as relevant legal requirements.

To be considered for the position of Amazon Marketplace Manager, you will offer the following:

• Minimum of 3-5 years proven in managing Amazon marketplaces, with a strong understanding of FOB shipping procedures.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
• Technical: Familiarity with inventory management software, e-commerce analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
