Retail Store Manager | Ladies Fashion | Up to £30,000 plus bonus
Zachary Daniels has a fantastic opportunity to join a ladies fashion brand in Cirencester. As the Retail Store Manager you will be able to recruit, develop, motivate and drive a team to deliver an outstanding service to new clients and develop long lasting relationships whilst growing a loyal customer base. As a Store Manager you will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service. We want a passionate retail leader who enjoys being hands on. This role can offer 5 or 4 days a week.
As a Store Manager you will be passionate abut people, product and experience, you have the freedom to drive your team and be responsible for the delivery of a one to one service.
Responsibilities as a Retail Store Manager:
- Have high visual standards across all store areas
- Lead the team in store to achieve results with CRM
- Drive performance and sales through a luxury experience and service
- Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
- Enjoy what you do and show this to your team
As Retail Store Manager you will have / be:
- Luxury or premium retail experience within a management role, will consider fashion, accessories or jewellery background.
- Able to manage KPIs and budgets to improve current store performance
- Has a track record of driving sales and performance
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task
- Enjoys retail and makes sure it's a fun place to work!
