Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is exclusively recruiting for an amazing brand who have experienced significant growth and are now developing their retail presence across the UK! We have an opportunity for a Flagship Store Manager/Flagship General Manager to be a part of something that's new, evolving and growing. This store will be one of the most high-profile openings in Manchester in 2024 and you will be responsible for developing a core team to provide the best-in-class service to their loyal customer base.
The Role
As a Flagship Store Manager, you will be responsible for letting everyone in Manchester know you are there! You will liaise with VIP's, celebrities and existing customers to drive engagement and deliver results. In an addition the Flagship General Store Manager will build a high performing team and strategically drive sales and profitability within the store, whilst retaining a customer-centric approach at all times.
Global and local brand standards must be executed consistently, commercially and efficiently. The store manager will be responsible for building strong partnerships with key stakeholders in order to maximize the people, product & operational opportunities within store.
As the Flagship Store Manager, you'll have:
- Experience of clientelling
- A background in managing high profile events
- Working closely with celebrities, VIP's and high net worth customers
- Personal shopping experience
- Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in a flagship store
- A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service
- An ability to understand the importance of local and global business strategy
- Experience in using data to identify trends, issues and opportunities
- Has the ability to take action to deliver when such opportunities are identified
- A background in fashion/luxury fashion or related industries will be preferred
- Highly effective communicator
