If so, we want to hear from you! The company prides itself on fashionable, yet technical footwear and fashion with a balance of style and function and they are looking to grow the UK Market.
The Role;
- Develop and implement wholesale strategies to drive sales growth
- Lead a team of 5 including sales, customer service and admin
- Play a part in defining and contributing to the strategy, bringing in new ideas and ways of working
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team
- Analyse market trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the competition
- Open up new markets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Reporting to VP of sales
- Regular trips within Europe to the head office
- Regular travel across the UK
- Home working 1-2 days a week
The Person:
- Proven experience in the sector of up to 10 years
- Experience as head of sales in fashion, footwear, lifestyle, brands
- Strong leadership and a management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret sales data
