Key Responsibilities:- Own the delivery schedule on a daily basis
- Work closely to your Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser with the pulling of daily sales reports and stock monitoring
- liaise with suppliers on the hand over of goods
- Ensure suppliers and warehouses are delivering and receipting stock in on time, at all times
- Manage upwards with always communicating delivery, or stock complications to the wider merchandising team
- Assist the team with Monday Trade reports
- Write clear Monday Trade notes around highlights, lowlights and any actions you and the team are going to take
- Work closely with design and buying on the critical path
- Be engaged with product, knowing where a style up to with fits, PO raising and general production to ensure it remains on time
- Accurately raise purchase orders
- Monitor stock going live on site vs units/cover in the business
You will be:
- A team player
- Confident speaker
- Excellent communicator
- Experienced with working in a head office space
- At least 6 months in an MAA role - desired but not essential
