This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to work for a large Global business who are experiencing exponential growth year on year. The Sales and Marketing Assistant is a pivotal role within the European business, you would be working as part of a close-knit team, remotely from your home (within the Netherlands). You would be involved in a number of varied tasks assisting both internal and external stakeholders, most notably the Key Account Manager. This role would suit someone with strong administrative and communication skills looking to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Support for the Key Account Manager (The Key Account Manager manages the companies' relationships with their retail partners) including planning, preparing, implementing and evaluating activity.
• Potential to develop into a management role of assigned retail accounts/customers.
• You would develop concepts & activities to further drive the regions performance.
• Management of cross-functional projects & tasks for the region (new launches, Sales Cycles etc.)
• Support Key Account Managers with annual marketing planning cycles incl. budget planning
• Key contact for other departments, esp. Marketing, Commercial, Sales Coordination, Operations.
• Preparing customer presentations and meetings including any necessary translations for your region (BeNeLux)
• Processing customer requests.
• Various ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as required.

What we are looking for:

• MBO level education (or higher)
• 1-2 years + work experience within a busy office environment, perhaps assisting business customers.
• Well-organized, a positive attitude and ability to solve problems.
• Ability to work well independently
• Team player with aspirations to grow within the company
• Excellent verbal and written communication and social skills in Dutch and English
• You enjoy helping to shape the expansion of retail in a trendy and fast-growing toy company
• The confident handling of Microsoft Office applications is a matter of course for you
