An opportunity not to be missed with a start date in August! Zachary Daniels have partnered with a specialist retailer who are about to take the market by storm! With their first store opening in Manchester in July and the second already planned for Liverpool in September, this is an extremely exciting time to join a brand in major growth more with further store openings planned across the country!
We are looking for a team of Retail Managers - Store Manager, Assistant Manager and Supervisor, who are energetic, personable and passionate about delivering a high level of specialist service! You will be passionate about the product and proud of where you work, showcasing natural energy and love for the brand in everything you do!
As Store Manager you will lead the brand-new store in Liverpool, working closely with the senior management team to set the bar and hit the ground running!
This is a multi-functional role that covers all aspects of managing a store, implementing marketing initiatives/brand campaigns, handling team training and development and driving exceptional customer service. We need a leader who is energetic, organised and diligent, with strong attention to detail!
Responsibilities as Store Manager:
- Hiring, coaching, developing and managing the performance of your sales team
- Driving sales delivery through strategy implementation and initiative
- Fostering a fun, high performing and client focused store environment
- Supporting the senior management team with HR related tasks
- Managing KPIs, stock & visual merchandising
