Ideally working in; Furniture, Telecoms, Car Sales, Homeware, DIY, ElectricalZachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for a NEW STORE OPENING for a retailer who are growing, opening new stores and trading exceptionally well! This is the time to start in a business that is solid with BIG EXPANSION PLANS in 2024/ 2025 We are looking for a Assistant Manager that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintain strong brand standards at all times.
As an Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Driving customer service standards in your store.
- Driving sales in store and ensuring site profitability.
- Training, coaching and developing your team.
- Achieving store and company KPI's.
- Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.
- Being an active presence on your shop floor
- Supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of the day to day duties.
What you will need to be success at an Assistant Manager;
Our Client's ideal Assistant Manager, to be successful for this position you will have demonstrable experience as a Department Manager , Assistant Manager, Team Manager, Sales Manager, Supervisor or a Store Manager in Sales, homeware, Telecoms, Furniture, electrical, car sales, jewellery environment but essential you have a can do attitude to customer experience and building the sales.
