Part time Bookkeeper

Zachary Daniels are working with a highly customer-centric business, who is recruiting a management accountant based in Bury. They are seeking a self motivated and experienced candidate to join a team of 2, mainly using Sage line 50.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparing month and year end accounts
• Preparation of quarterly VAT returns and submissions
• Bank reconciliations
• Purchase ledger and Sales Ledger
• Payroll - both weekly and monthly using Sage for 18 staff

Experience required of a Bookkeeper:

• Experience in a similar Bookkeeping / Management accountant role
• Ability to work solely with minimum supervision
• A personable, customer driven, people person
• Have a positive can-do attitude
• Have a passion to go the extra mile to support client queries
