- Zachary Daniels are partnering exclusively with a Luxury Retail Business seeking to hire and experienced Senior Events Manager.This is a rare and unique opportunity to control and develop an array of bespoke luxury events across their calendar. With large events covering 600+ guests and VIPs to smaller private events for their UHNW clients, this will be a fantastic opportunity.Due to the continual year on year growth of this business they are raising the bar and looking for someone with exquisite taste, an eye for detail and a creative and imaginative look on event management.The ideal candidate will have a extensive background and experience in pitching, planning and hosting Luxury Events not only private but corporate also. You will have an extensive network within the catering sector as well as contacts with PR agencies also.Role:
- Own the management and delivery of the event calendar - reporting into CMO.
- Develop event & experiential proposals, budget estimates and timing schedules. Including management of proposals for internal approval process
- Support post event press release process and compiling event coverage where applicable
- Liaise effectively with external stakeholders
- Manage internal communications including liaison on guest lists, RSVP management and updates.
- Quality post-event reporting including ROI working in conjunction with the CRM team
- Pitch creative concepts for event scopes, partners and sponsorships
- Ensure full amplification of all event ideas through communication channels - working in partnership across the Marketing team including Senior PR Manager, Social Media Manager and Digital Merchandising Manager
- Event management as required - spanning event delivery and invitation list outreach & responses
- Event updates and approvals submissions as required
- Development of concepts with external partners
- Complete event recaps : within 1 week of event
- Review all planned events timelines and key milestones : update to SW weekly
- Ensure Events calendar is updated and any changes communicated to key stakeholders : weekly
- Organise Logistics for shoots as required : avg 1 per week
Essential Experience:- Previous events management experience
- Experience working within a Luxury Retail Environment
- Immaculate Presentation
- Experience in a growing and fast-paced environment.
- Have created/set the strategy around the events calendar
- Strong communication skills, able to liaise with multiple touch-points across the business
- Good analytical skills to assess, develop and improve on future events.
- Efficient problem solver
