National Account Manager |Salary £50K - £60K basic + other benefits | TOYS| Near Crawley 1-2 days in the office.

This is a key role within the team and requires a dynamic, enthusiastic, resourceful, team player who wants to make a difference and be part of the exciting venture as the business develops its Toy business further. Experience, knowledge and success in dealing with the Grocery channel retailers as well as Toy retailers is needed.
We are a small, dynamic, creative team. The role will be involved in all parts of the business with regular communication with the HQ. They don't need 'order takers', they want someone who is happy to roll the sleeves up and get involved in all parts of the business, is into the detail and ultimately wants to make a significant contribution and a difference - a true team player!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing existing Toy, Online & Grocery accounts portfolio
- Responsible for securing new business in Toy, Online & Grocery Accounts
- Create commercially sound Business Plans & proposals
- Responsible for achieving Sales and Profit Contribution for portfolio of Accounts
- Regular reviews of accounts and account performance - communication of issues and opportunities
- Regular forecasting, analysis, review, and budgeting by Account
- Presentation of New Products to customers
- Control and manage agreed 'Trade Support Budget' - regularly reviewing budgets, investment, accruals, invoicing
- Regularly review and communicate EPOS Data - highlighting successes and issues as they happen
- Devise and negotiate commercially sound Retailers Terms and Conditions on an annual basis
- Develop promotions and activities to maximise sales performance.
- Liaise with Marketing to develop range & promotional plans.
- Develop Account relationships with Buying Managers, Buyers, Merchandisers, Stock Controllers
- Identify and target new business enquiries and opportunities.
- Liaise with Customer Support Personnel to maximise customer service & performance.
- Attendance at Trade Fairs and exhibitions as required.
