CRM Manager | SW London | Clothing, Retail Brand

As CRM Manager for a well established retailer you have the opportunity to lead customer insight shaping the strategy creatively and commercially. The CRM Manager will be responsible for the creation and development of the CRM strategy to secure and manage target audiences whilst delivering outstanding campaigns.

As a CRM Manager you will be:

  • Leading the optimization of the CRM plan to deliver the best customer experience and drive engagement
  • Owning the end to end consumer journey, managing customer experience, to drive increased customer conversion, satisfaction & loyalty
  • Working directly with the Senior Management team to ensure the CRM strategy is in line with the business strategy ensuring realistic targets are met
  • Collect & understand all data relating to customer interactions, and bring insights together to build an accurate view of the customer experience
  • Keep up to date with CRM innovation to continually improve customer engagement
  • Establish an SMS strategy, identifying the best approach for the brand and customer
  • Work with the Customer Data and Insights team and third-party suppliers to identify and prioritize opportunities to optimise lifecycle and BAU campaigns, establishing a strategy to drive customer growth within CRM channels
  • Report on campaign performance, sharing insights with the team and using these to guide decisions moving forwards.
  • Be the CRM and email point of contact for the business and third-parties

The successful CRM Manager must have experience within a fashion business is a similar role leading and developing a team. As the CRM Manager you must have experience of working with multiple internal teams driving sales through customer insight, analysis and campaign planning. Experience with SMS as well as direct mailing strategy would be an advantage too. Experience working with Ometria, Wunderkind and / or Attentive - would be excellent although not necessary!
