Do you want to work for a vibrant and ambitious clothing brand?

We are currently exclusively partnered with an exciting and hugely ambitious clothing brand as they look for a new CRM Manager to join their team. This will be a brand-new role for the company and a chance to design your role and create your own strategy. You will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day CRM strategy and execution.

]Main roles and Responsibilities:

• Management of our global CRM strategy across email and SMS in alignment with business objectives.
• Executing plans to optimise customer lifetime value, enhance retention and boost acquisition.
• Analyse performance data and campaign results to continuously optimise and improve segmentation, messaging, creative, and overall performance.
• Lead the launch of our customer loyalty scheme.

Requirements, skills and experience:

• 3+ years' experience in a CRM role.
• Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms and tools (experience using Klaviyo is highly desirable).
• Strong ability to analyse data and convert insights into actions.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4.
• Experience using Triple Whale (desirable)
