HR Manager

The HR function of Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a HR Manager to join a Global FMCG Business. This is a newly created role, based in London (Hybrid), supporting their UK & European expansion.

In the UK, they attribute a lot of their success to the fantastic team and culture they have created since the office opened, they are a friendly, close knit team who work well together to reach their goals. They work extremely hard in a demanding, fast paced environment because they are truly passionate about what they do!

The Role:

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the people agenda, & sitting as a member of the Senior Leadership team.
• You'll spend much of your time building credible relationships, coaching, supporting and challenging managers, so exceptional relationship building and communication skills are key within the role.
• Address day to day HR issues as they arise
• Support and work with the leadership team to support change
• Provide sound and commercial advice on employment, performance management and talent management
• Create consistency and rolling out best practice across Europe as the business expands

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in a fast paced environment
• Rapport builder & natural coach
• CIPD credentials are an advantage
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
• Strong influencing skills and a passion for embedding our core values
• Solution Orientated, exceptionally well- organised, innovative problem solver

The Package:

In return the business offers a basic salary of up to £75,000 per annum plus company bonus and benefits.
