Bar Manager

Zachary Daniels are exclusively recruiting a Bar Manager for a very successful, vibrant, music venue in Liverpool. With a salary up to £28,000 plus great benefits, we are looking for a Bar Manager that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintaining strong brand standards at all times in a very busy environment!!

Our client's venue is extremely popular so we are keen to speak to passionate Bar Managers who have a proven track record of success and want to progress into senior management. This role does offer genuine progression so we are looking for real ambition!

As a Bar Manager your responsibilities will include the following:

• Delivering drinks menu.
• Driving customer service standards in your site.
• Training, coaching and developing your team.
• Stock management.
• Maintain company and brand standards.

The ideal candidate:

• Experience in leading bar teams in a supervisor or managerial role.
• Have a proven track record in a fast paced environment.
• Hands on!
• Be highly motivated and ambitious.
• Be a self starter with a can do attitude.
• Passion for events.
