Zachary Daniels Recruitment are delighted to be exclusively retained to support one of the largest fertility treatment businesses in the world.

Due to continued growth they are looking to further strengthening these relations and build up new clinics with a new UK-based Key Account Manager position.

With your high aspirations and professionalism in everything you do, you will, as the Key Account Manager, passionately - as your colleagues - strive to contribute to helping people all over the world fulfil their dream of becoming parents.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building close collaboration and mutually accountable partnerships with clinics and chains
  • Providing support and service to these clinics becoming their preferred working partner
  • Planning, conducting, and reporting high-value-generating sales meetings to the clinics and related stakeholders, which you are responsible for
  • Setting up and running local fairs/congresses, on/offline seminars, and PR events - in cooperation and alignment with the marketing team
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of clinic potential and client needs
  • Setting and achieving ambitious, yet achievable performance targets incl. tracking and analysing key account performance metrics
  • Understanding local legislation governing fertility treatment and operating in full compliance with national and EU regulations alongside agreed ways of working in ESB
  • Staying updated on topics related to the fertility industry including competitors, market trends, and potential regulatory/legislative change.

YOUR PROFILE:

Up to five years of experience with Sales and Key Account Management within BtB or BtC in the MedTech/Health care industry.

You understand the value of knowing the dynamics in your markets, your customers and their numbers, and what drives their business.

You are a self-motivated and driven person with an entrepreneurial mindset, yet you know when and how to reach out to your manager for decisions and to colleagues for support.

You speak and write English fluently - and ideally proficient in a second European language although not a requirement.

You live in the UK but with high ability to travel. To get you off to a good start you'll participate in an onboarding program in Copenhagen during the first few months.

Your workplace will be from home and/or in their office in central London.

This role includes company car, bonus up to 20% + pension, healthcare and an equity opportunity
