Zachary Daniels are working exclusively with an award winning luxury skincare brand as they continue to grow. This newly created role is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to join a growing company during this exciting time, a role that will allow you full accountability for the region.
We are looking to recruit an entrepreneurial Area Sales Manager to manage 20 store locations for the brand, situated within a department store. This role is responsible for driving retail sales, focus on sell out and training teams, managing the total management of the operation.
English and German speaking is essential / Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind unerlässlich
Responsibilities as our Area Sales Manager:- You will develop and grow our presence with retail partners
- Establish and maintain relationships
- Responsible for motivating and training the sales team in stores
- Develop and create ideas to drive sales
- Drive sales on shop floor when required
- Ensure the brand VM standards are in line with guidelines
- Create events based on opportunities to drive sales
- Travel to all locations across Germany.
The Area Sales Manager skills and experience required:
- English and German speaking
- Experience of working within beauty retail at a management level, field experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a training role advantageous
- Passion for training and eventing
- Ability to self-manage
- Strong communication skills
- Have a positive 'can do' attitude
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
