Zachary Daniels are excited to have the opportunity to partner with a luxury beauty retailer, that not only provided a wide range of skincare and lots of colour but all things based on the well being of the body and soul, who is looking for a Counter Manager in Cambridge.

They are currently looking for a Counter Manager, who is customer focussed and driven with a passion for the industry and a flare for events and driving retail sales and customer loyalty.

Duties include as a Counter Manager;

• Ensuring customer service is at a constantly exceptional level
• Building strong relationships with clients and building your CRM system.
• Show casing the wide range of products through one to one appointments so clients can get the very best for their skin.
• Lead by example and develop your team.
• Excitement and want to exceed and grow the store Kpi's.
• Have a natural ability for traffic stopping and engaging with customers.

Must Have(s) for the role of Counter Manager

• Excellent communication skills
• Beauty Therapy qualification desirable
• Previously worked in Make up, Beauty Therapy, Spa or Skincare sector
• Have excellent commercial ability to be creative in organising and driving events
• Natural passion and love for the beauty industry.

Salary package is very competitive: up to £26,000, Commission on all store sales, staff discount, career growth and much more.
