Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable processes including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation
• Verify, code, and enter invoices into the system accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
• Conduct regular audits of accounts payable data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed

Required Background / Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or relevant finance roles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work in a fastpaced environment
