Design Consultant

Design Consultant | High Wycombe | Salary up to £22,000 + UNCAPPED commission | Realistic OTE £50,000 - £60,000

We are currently recruiting for a Design Consultant for an exciting retailer in the DIY world! The exciting opportunity will be for a Designer who can make an impact in a successful retail showroom, provide an outstanding service to customers and design kitchens and bathrooms that exceed customer's expectations.

We want to speak to Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Designers or people in a consultative retail environment such as sales showrooms, bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture, sofa's, or interior design roles, as full training will be provided.

The Opportunity as a Designer:

• Provide an outstanding 1-2-1 service to retail customers
• Engage with customers from the initial enquiry through to the delivery of the product
• Create designs for customers; bring a vision to life in a face-to-face capacity
• Provide guidance and advice on the latest products and designs
• Offer a consultative service to customers
• Provide any technical information as required
• Visit customers in their home for consultations and measurements
• Achieve sales and service targets
