Our client, the leading volume fashion retailer, really means it.The Role:As the Visual Merchandising manager, you will be responsible for the visual proposition for the store. You will focus on Brand standards, Product management, Commercial analysis, Communication, Multi-task and manage work priorities across the store. You will collaborate with the store manager to deliver impactful displays. You will be mangling a team of VM assistants within the store.Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure merchandisers are trained and coached to achieve desired merchandising standards.
- Provide feedback to instore Store teams to ensure brand standards are achieved. Report on store brief execution and standards.
- Commercial analysis of product performance reports to maximise sales opportunities
