This is a great opportunity to join a commercial forward-thinking consumer business within the health and wellbeing sector. With health & wellbeing at the forefront of everyday life, this role is integral to the business.


This role is a great opportunity for someone that has 2 + years experience working within an admin/customer service role within an office environment who is confident when dealing with customers via email and telephone. This is a large company but their UK arm (based Golborne) has a small(ish) close knit team who enjoy working together together the job done!

To be considered for this role the below qualities/experience are desired:
  • Take pride in your work and naturally wants to do the best job possible.
  • Experience working within an office setting as opposed to solely having large call centre experience
  • Strong telephone skills, and posses the ability to deal with customers confidently, whilst remaining friendly and professional
  • Posses a good energy to enable a positive contribution to the existing team dynamics.
  • Provide a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A good team player… we are really looking for a conscientious individual who is willing to go above and beyond when necessary, to help out during holiday season and other busy periods.
Administrative duties:
▪ Placing customer orders whilst checking availability of products.
▪ Ad hoc Project work.
▪ Management of any back orders and customer returns.
▪ Keeping customer records up to date.
▪ Collation of data sheets when requested.
▪ General data input
▪ Other Ad-hoc admin duties.
Customer Service responsibilities:
▪ Dealing directly with customers on a daily basis, via both telephone and email always aiming to provide exceptional service.
▪ Responsibility for any customer complaints, dealing with them quickly and efficiently.
▪ Liaising with 3rd party logistics provider in order to fulfil customer requirements.
