This is a key role for them and they are eager to bring someone in as soon as possible. You will need a strong background in a similar position ideally within Luxury Fashion or Accessories
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining stock levels and systems- ensuring accurate delivery processes, returns, transfers and damaged goods are being managed to company guidelines.
- Ensure all goods are security tagged, ticketed logged correctly in store
- Manage the stock control system to ensure that all data is accurate (document details, quantity, cost and selling prices).
- Ensure that ticketing is accurate and regularly checked (through deliveries and spot checks).
- Regularly review, and at the request of the Store Manager, current stock situation to: maximise potential sales, propose stock offers to other stores, deal with slow moving and/or damaged stock
- Assist Store Manager with updating PSI system when requested, to ensure optimum stock level
- Work closely with the IT Administrator at Head Office to assist in improving the Company systems and the proscribed store processes for the administration of stock.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Strong operational and administrational background in a Luxury Retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to build relationships with internal colleagues and external partners.
- Experience of managing the movement of stock and supplies in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience in helping team members be their best selves.
- Experience in working proactively and reactively as part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
