Position Overview

Reporting to the Head of Content & Marketing Operations, the Junior Marketing Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for composing, refining, and scheduling promotional emails, website content and landing pages, testing promotional mechanics, liaising with external game providers, and providing comprehensive design briefs to the design team. Additionally, the Marketing Executive will also support the upkeeping of social media platforms with forthcoming promotions, maintaining the marketing calendar, evaluating program effectiveness, and contributing to user growth within the crypto gambling sector.

Responsibilities

• Compose, refine, and schedule promotional emails and landing pages.
• Test promotional mechanics for accuracy and efficiency.
• Liaise with external game providers for streamlined coordination.
• Provide the design team with clear and comprehensive design briefs.
• Update the social media team about forthcoming promotions.
• Maintain and regularly update the marketing calendar.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and key performance indicators to ensure ongoing enhancement in strategy and deliverables.
• Participate in departmental meetings, offering insights and innovative ideas.
• Contribute to user growth within the crypto gambling sector.
• Respond to social media messages, planned posts, and reactive posts.
• Liaise with external and internal regional teams for translation and upkeep of action plans and web content.

Requirements

• Possession of a degree in marketing or a related field is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the industry, including cryptocurrency, sports, and casinos, is essential.
• Good level of understanding of digital marketing, with direct experience in campaign management, SEO, or copywriting preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and outstanding fluency in English are required.
• Energetic, and demonstrates a willingness to learn.
• Be a highly organised, committed, results-driven, and analytical individual.
• Tech-savvy and capable of learning and working with various marketing software.
• Displays innovative, out-of-the-box thinking.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evening shifts, is a must.
