We are seeking an experienced, results driven and dynamic Acquisition Manager to bolster and elevate our influencer and brand ambassador partnerships.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, the Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing influencer and brand ambassador partnership strategies. With the primary objective of enhancing the brand's visibility, boosting overall business performance, and ramping up user engagement, the selected candidate will focus on optimising partnerships with existing influencers and ambassadors while also identifying and integrating new ones.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, approach, and onboard influencers, streamers, and brand ambassadors that resonate with our brand's ethos.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, streamers, brand ambassadors, and influencer marketing agencies ensuring they are consistently engaged and aligned with our platform.
• Continually explore and initiate new collaboration opportunities to amplify our brand's reach.
• Collaborate with partners to drive user acquisition and FTDs ensuring tangible ROI.
• Monitor and evaluate the efficacy of each partnership, ensuring alignment with set KPIs and objectives.
• Channel feedback from influencers and brand ambassadors internally, driving continuous improvement in our offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years plus direct experience as an acquisition manager in iGaming, preferably within the crypto gaming space.
• Strong analytical skills with a numbers-driven approach.
• Exceptional negotiation skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to work towards and achieve targets.
• Commitment to going the extra mile to achieve objectives.
• Ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Capability to follow set processes and provide detailed reporting.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with flexible working shifts.
• Experience in Tracking conversion.
• Experience dealing with influencers and streamers through the use of social media is considered a plus.
