Our Client will be able not only to provide a fantastic opportunity to practice your Specialist skills in beauty but to combine these with managing and driving your own successful location. Have the commercial control to execute and develop events, work closely with your host store and gain all the rewards of your success as a Counter Manager in this business and no doubt can offer career development.

They are currently looking for a COUNTER MANAGER in the heart of CORK CITY in a prestigious location. They are looking for someone customer focussed and driven with a passion for the industry and a flare for events and driving the locations success.

Duties include as a Counter Manager;

• Ensuring customer service is at a constantly exceptional level
• Building strong relationships with clients and building your CRM system.
• Show casing the wide range of products through one to one appointments so clients can get the very best for their skin.
• Lead by example and develop your team.
• Excitement and want to exceed and grow the store Kpi's.
• Have a natural ability for traffic stopping and engaging with passive customers.

Must Have(s) for the role of Counter Manager;

• Excellent communication skills
• Desirable Beauty or MUA Qualified
• Previously worked in Make up, Beauty Therapy, Spa or Skincare sector
• Have excellent commercial ability to be creative in organising and driving events
• Experience in managing of people or developing partner relationships with host stores.
• Stable background
• Natural passion and love for the industry.

Salary package is very competitive: up to €31,000, Commission on all store sales, staff discount, career growth and much more.
