Administration Coordinator | Darmstadt (2 days in the office) | Consumer goods- TOYS! | €38,000- €45,000 starting salary (depending on experience)

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a global toy business who distribute products to over 100 countries and have offices in Florida, Hong Kong, China, London, Paris and Darmstadt! This role comes with excellent promotional opportunities as the business grows. Because this is a global business and the individual with liaise with other offices the person selected for this role must be proficient in both spoken and written English (as well as German)

The Administration Coordinator position is perfect for an organised individual who enjoys working in a fast paced, fun environment! Some other responsibilities include:

  • Managing retailer operational transactions, in partnership with designated members of the sales team whilst fielding incoming specific account queries.
  • Facilitate communication across all functions, most notably Commercial, Operations and Supply Chain. Ensuring communication is clear whilst maintaining excellent organisational skills.
  • The Account Coordinator is also accountable for providing excellent customer service and managing the administrative functions of the accounts end to end. You will be given fantastic training and lots of support.

Experience

For this role we are able to be flexible on experience, perhaps you will be a university graduate or have experience working in retail or customer service. Being proficient in spoken and written English and German is a must for this role.
