Are you currently an Assistant or Store Manager with a CIPD Qualification? Are you looking to get off the shop floor? Then this role could be for you!
We are recruiting for a HR Administrator for a established retailer, the suitable candidate will be currently in a retail management position, with a true understanding of retail, but a passion to do something a little bit different away from the shop floor.
This role is office based 5 days a week in Sheffield.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Personnel Support & Administration
- Generating contracts for new employees & completing Right to Work checks.
- Ensuring any relevant HR database is up to date and accurate.
- Maintaining and updating employee records, , electronic filing system and personnel files
The successful candidate will possess:
- Currently working as a Supervisor or Manager within retail or hospitality & have a good understanding of people management or proven work experience as a HR Administrator
- CIPD qualified or working towards it (desirable)or equivalent HR related qualification
- Fluency in written and spoke English (essential). Excellent communication skills.
- Professional /Friendly demeanour
- Mature and Credible, graduate calibre candidate.
- Intermediate/Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (essential), including Visio
(desirable) - A Positive 'can-do' attitude.
