Zachary Daniels is currently recruiting for a Store Manager to lead a team in a stunning store to future success and growth! This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading retailer who are known for giving a great service to customers and clients. The new Store Manager will have a strong people management you will ensure that all day-to-day operational aspects of the store are managed effectively, drive sales and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Store Manager Responsibilities:

• The new Store Manager will be obsessive around customer service and the customer experience
• Take responsibility for all aspects of store operations, including managing staff, inventory management
• Deliver a unique customer experience that maximises sales
• Ensuring that team members are providing high-quality customer service at all times
• Train, mentor, and coach team members, promoting skill development and providing opportunities for growth
• Strong visual merchandising skills
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and senior management

Experience and background:

• Retail experience at either Store Manage/General Manager level.
• Open to applications from retail, hospitality or other related industries
• Experience of managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
• Confident leader and motivator
• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service on a personal level
• Business orientated, to help move a retail store forward
