A leading privately owned coffee and fresh food retailer is seeking an experienced Store / Restaurant Manager to support stores in their London region.
The ideal General Manager
This is an ideal role for an experienced Store Manager looking for a platform into area management in the next few years. The role is a 40 hour week and will be working Monday - Friday between the hours of c8am - 6pm however some weekend & evening support may be required. Candidates must be prepared to visit stores across London and will be given an extensive 12 month development plan.
The salary is paying up to £26,000 + Z1-6 Travel Card, Laptop & Phone for business & personal use.
The ideal General Manager will be results driven and thrive in an autonomous environment. Working closely with the Head of Retail the successful candidate will have an opportunity to be involved in opening new stores and training new teams. The role will involve visiting around 2 - 3 stores each day, advising the management team on company best practices & conducting health checks.
